A fellow blogger turned me on to Hillbuzz recently. When I first perused it, I thought she must be crazy. I mean, these were a bunch of gay guys from Chicago who were Hillary Clinton supporters. Really. But, they are also HUGE Sarah Palin fans. Yeah, I know. Not possible. Once you get through that particular juxtaposition, everything else is easy.
These guys are very informed on all things Obama, Dem-related. They post lots of stuff, sometimes many times a day. They are all over the Scott Brown (as they call him, Hottie McAwesome) and Martha Coakley race in Massachusetts. They are very anti Dr. Utopia (that would be Pres. Obama). They are obviously extremely intelligent, and fantastic wordsmiths.
So, I'm sitting here drinking my morning cup-a and reading HillBuzz. A post from yesterday is talking about policemen (very positively I must say - refreshing) and this line pops up:
"No, we love cops because they are the opposite of stupid. They are brave, courageous, professional, and SMART. And some of them here in Boystown really know how to fill out a pair of blue slacks, gun belt, and a badge."
Now I am cleaning spewed coffee off my keyboard.
